Thomas B Baucom
Thomas B Baucom, 82, of Raleigh, North Carolina died at WakeMed Hospital on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
He was born on May 27, 1943 to the late John C. Baucom and Helen Lewis Baucom. He graduated from Grainger High School in Kinston, NC in 1961. In 1965, he graduated with a degree in Textile Technology from North Carolina State University. He worked for Dupont in Kinston and then retired from Athol Manufacturing in Butner, NC in 2007.
Thomas married his beloved wife, Patricia Aiken Baucom in 1983. He was a member of the Wolfpack Club for over 50 years and the two of them enjoyed football, basketball, and baseball games. They also traveled for many road games over the years.
In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by his brothers, John Baucom of Chester, VA and Kim Baucom of Zebulon, NC (Ally); sister, Gail Humerick of Miamisburg, OH (George), as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister Vickie McNeill in 1984.

Patricia, your Topsail Family is so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We all have so many terrific memories of you both. We loved his sense of humor, especially during one of our many dice game nights at the beach, or when he'd find the biggest sharks tooth. Walter and Ruth will be there to welcome him home.
