Oliver Farrell Harrell, Jr., 68, of Raleigh, NC, died on February 18, 2026, at hospice. He was born in Norfolk, VA, on April 17, 1957. He is the son of Oliver Farrell Harrell and Nancy Brantley.
He is survived by many loved ones.
