Landon entered this world with light in his eyes and purpose in his soul. From the very beginning, he carried a rare blend of strength and gentleness, of conviction and compassion. He lived with intention, and even more, with heart. Landon was more than extraordinary, in fact he was spectacularly luminous… a brilliant, kindhearted and courageous son, protective brother, loving cat dad, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend…

He was the kind of soul who left every space better than he found it, who lent a hand whenever possible, who stood up when others sat down, who spoke truth with grace and lived his values with unwavering clarity.

He lived a life of service, not only through his military career, where he served with honor as a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, a launch range officer at Cape Canaveral, and a mission manager for Space Force at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque NM, but also through the quiet, steadfast choices he made every single day to lift others up, to protect what was just, and to be kind.

Landon had plans; bold, heartfelt, and unwavering. He didn’t just take his oath to defend the Constitution; he lived it every single day, with honor, clarity, and conviction. Even after his military service, he remained committed to that sacred promise, determined to carry his values into civil service, into politics, and into the long, hard work of helping to heal this nation. He believed in the promise of America, not because it was perfect, but because he knew we could be better. And he wanted to help us become that better version, with compassion, courage, and truth as his guide.

Landon carried a lifelong, unquenchable thirst for knowledge. From the time he was a child, he devoured books with the kind of curiosity that couldn’t be taught, only nurtured. He read deeply, widely, and thoughtfully, always seeking to understand the world and his place in it. He didn’t just absorb information; he transformed it into insight. Writing became a natural extension of that hunger, and over the years he poured his heart, imagination, and intellect into a novel, an epic work of over 800 pages that he began in his third year at the Academy and completed a couple of years ago. Over the last several months, he was finally able to finalize his vision for the book cover. He asked us, his family to publish it for him since time would not afford him the opportunity. This book, “Broken Wings” stands as a testament to the brilliance of his inner world and the power of his voice. It was never just about stories for Landon, it was about understanding, connection, and the belief that words could shape hearts, minds, and even the future.

Landon’s love of family was the heartbeat of his life. No matter how far his career took him, from the Air Force Academy to the launch pads of Cape Canaveral, to the command centers of Space Force, his compass always pointed home. His bond with his siblings was unshakable, his love for his parents fierce and tender, and his sense of duty to family as strong as his service to country. He cherished the quiet moments, the shared laughter, the deep talks, and the feeling of simply being together. Family wasn’t just his foundation, it was his joy, his refuge, his reason. He gave everything to protect it, uplift it, and remind each of us just how loved we truly are.

His illness came suddenly and cruelly, but Landon met it as he met everything: with courage, with clarity, and with care for the people around him. Even in pain, he was thinking of others. Even in his final days, he was teaching us, about love, about strength, about letting go without giving up.

And when it was time for his final journey, he was not alone. He was held in the arms of his family, his mother, his sister, his brother, his dad, wrapped in a cocoon of love and devotion. We whispered words of forever love as he crossed over gently, carried by our tears, our prayers, and the boundless force of our hearts.

Landon asked us to carry on his mission.
To speak.
To act.
To love more bravely, more honestly, more loudly.
And we will.
Because love like this never ends.

And Landon is still here, in every story we tell, in every act of courage we take, in every truth we speak with love.
He is part of our everything.
