Eunice Lowery Belcher, 85, of Raleigh, NC, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025. A graveside service was conducted at 3 pm on December 3, 2025, by the Rev. Dr. Jeff Roberts at Raleigh Memorial Park Cemetery.

A lifelong resident of Raleigh, Eunice was a devoted member of Trinity Baptist Church for over 40 years, generously giving her time and talents to many church activities. She built a career as a dental administrative assistant at Horwitz, Pannkuk, Parrish, and Schneider, DDS, serving patients and colleagues with professionalism, warmth, and care.

Born to Joliff Green and Bessie Smart Lowery, Eunice was predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, Clifton B. Belcher. She is survived by her children, Gregory Belcher (Sharon), Lisa Bellina (Jim), and Angela Service (Robert); her grandchildren, John Belcher (Danielle), Derrick Belcher, Claire Bellina, Meredith Bellina, and Sarah Fogel; and her great-grandchildren, Owen and Ella Belcher.

Eunice was a remarkable woman whose love and kindness touched everyone around her. As a devoted mother and grandmother, she guided her family with warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support. She had a gift for creating a welcoming home filled with laughter, joy, and care, while also pursuing her career, church involvement, and personal passions — including her cherished garden, where she delighted in cultivating beauty for all to enjoy. Her life was a balance of nurturing those she loved and actively engaging with her community, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Eunice will be remembered as a woman of grace, humor, and steadfast love — a mother, grandmother, and friend whose legacy of devotion, kindness, and beauty will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
