Obituary For Blake Rosin

** IN LIEU OF FLOWERS.. memorial donations may be made to the Children's Flight of Hope, a charity close to Blake's heart. https://www.childrensflightofhope.org/

After years of baseball, football & basketball Blake has joined the angel-wing team on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.

Born on March 12, 1999, Blake is survived by his parents Ms. Christine Rosin of Raleigh and Mr. Donald Rosin (Kathleen) of Florida; younger brother Evan Rosin of Raleigh; maternal grandparents Robert and Maureen Przybylowicz; paternal grandmother Susan Rosin, Blake’s aunts and uncles Bobbie Callahan (Matt), Eric Przybylowicz (Jamie), Robert Przybylowicz Jr., Jennifer Griffin, Sissy Rosin; and Blake’s cousins Tailer and Tristan Przybylowicz, Hayden and Cole Callahan.

Blake was a committed young man of Leesville High School (2017) who participated on the football team and enjoyed playing recreational basketball at St. Francis Catholic Church. As a dedicated young adult, Blake exemplified his hard working attitude by being employed at various part time jobs as well. He was currently enrolled in Wake Technical Community College and was looking forward to attending East Carolina University in 2018.

Much like there are no words to describe the magnificent person we lost, there is no way to describe the way his family and friends feel. His beautiful face & contagious smile will be missed by his abundance of friends and family that loved him. Blake’s love for his dog, Rex; his unwavering devotion to Michigan basketball, Detroit Lions Football, Detroit Tigers Baseball; pick up football and basketball in the street; nonstop chapstick application; and fun times at Smith Mountain Lake embodied his compassionate spirit.

Christine and Evan appreciate the outpouring of love and support.

The Montgomery family sends prayers of love and healing. We knew Blake through baseball and city league basketball. I can not imagine the pain you are feeling and pray God will be your strength to continue to live and heal. Loved his smile and those 3 pointers! Mitch, Suzanne and Bennett
